BAKED STUFFED SCALLOPS | |
1/2 pt. heavy cream 1 1/2 lbs. sea scallops, quartered 1 1/2 stick butter Mix 1 c. Ritz crackers, rolled to a powder and 1 c. of plain bread crumbs 3 shakes seasoned salt 3 shakes black pepper 3 shakes garlic powder In a saucepan melt butter; add the cracker and bread crumbs and seasoning mix. Fold in the cut scallops. Place in an ungreased 4 quart casserole dish or pan. Pour 1/2 pint of heavy cream over the top of scallops. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour until golden. |
