RASPBERRY YOGURT SHAKE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sweetened frozen raspberries 18 oz. container plain, vanilla or fruit flavored low fat yogurt 1 c. skim milk Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process until thick and creamy. For thicker shakes - place mixture in freezer; blend again before serving. Makes 4 servings. 122 calories/5 grams protein/1 gram fat/1.5 grams of fiber. Substitutions: frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, etc. |
