YOGURT SHAKE (Low - Cal) | |
1 c. canned fruit cocktail (no sugar) 1/2 c. each water & plain lowfat yogurt 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder 2 tsp. vanilla extract Granulated lowcal sweetener equal to 2 tsp. sugar 3-4 ice cubes Chill 2 (10 ounce) glasses. In blender combine all ingredients except ice cubes and process until smooth, scraping down sides of container with motor running add ice cubes, one at a time, processing after each addition until ice is dissolved. Pour half of mixture into each chilled glass and serve with a straw. 1 fruit; 1 milk (132 calories per serving). |
