RASPBERRY - YOGURT SHAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sweetened frozen raspberries
1 (8 oz.) container plain, vanilla or fruit-flavored low-fat yogurt
1 c. skim milk

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until thick and creamy. For thicker shakes, place mixture in freezer until almost frozen; blend again before serving. Makes 4 servings.

Per serving: 122 calories, 5 grams protein, 1 gram fat, 24 grams carbohydrate, 109 milligrams sodium, 5 milligrams cholesterol, 1.5 gram fiber.
