BAKED SPAGHETTI WITH PROVOLONE &
MOZZARELLA

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. spaghetti (thin, angel hair or regular)
1 (24 oz.) jar pasta sauce (your choice)
1 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
1 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese (shredded works also)
bread crumbs
Optional: Italian sausage (sliced or removed from casing, ground up and added to beef)

Cook ground beef and break up into small pieces. Cook spaghetti as instructed on package.

In a casserole dish, layer the bottom with a thin layer of sauce, on top put a layer of spaghetti, a layer of Provolone then a layer of Mozzarella. Keep layering as above but alternate the cheese. On the last layer be sure to end with the Mozzarella on top and tuck the cheese around the edges. Sprinkle with bread crumbs all over the top.

The layers should go as: sauce, spaghetti, Provolone, Mozzarella, sauce, spaghetti, Mozzarella, Provolone, sauce, spaghetti, Provolone, Mozzarella then bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F until the bread crumbs have started to brown, usually in 45 minutes.
