FRUIT & YOGURT SHAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) can peach halves (juice pack) 1/2 ripe sm. banana 1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. ice cubes In a blender container combine undrained peaches, banana, yogurt and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and blend until frothy. Makes 2 (1 1/4 cup) servings. One serving equals. |
