EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in diagonal strips
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, cut up
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion (opt.)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Lawry's Season salt

Brown steak. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter and season salt. Add to browned steak. Also add sour cream of mushroom soup. Simmer until meat is done. Serve over noodles or rice. (Round steak may be used, but must cook longer.)
