EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 oz. canned mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic, mushrooms, and soup. Heat until bubbly, then reduce heat. Stir in 1 cup sour cream and keep warm. Mix Bisquick mix with water until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously about 20 times and knead 5 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter. Cut each biscuit in half. Pour stroganoff into casserole and top with biscuit placed cut side down about 1/4 inches apart in spoke fashion. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over biscuits. Bake until golden brown. Serves 6.
