EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 pkg. egg noodles

Brown ground beef and drain drippings. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl and blend thoroughly. Add soup mixture and mushrooms to ground beef. Heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL. Serve over noodles.
