EASY HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. diced onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (1/2 pt.) of sour cream
Cooked rice or noodles

Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add diced onion and slightly saute. Add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup. Heat thoroughly. Add sour cream last. Heat slightly to warm sour cream.

Note: Don't "cook" sour cream too long or it may curdle.

Serve over noodles or rice.

Prep time: 15-20 minutes.
