GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

In medium skillet, brown ground beef and onion, drain excess fat. Stir in garlic salt, pepper, soup and mushrooms. Simmer covered for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through, but do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles. 4 to 5 servings.

I just made this and it was sooo good! I love this recipe! The only thing I did was substitute the garlic salt for the powder (I was out of salt) and add some oregano. Turned out great!
