HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small container sour cream

Cook and stir ground beef and onion. Stir in flour, garlic, celery salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in soups. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles.
