HOT HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Can be made ahead and reheated. Cook ground beef, onions, and garlic until beef is brown and garlic tender. Stir in tomato sauce, catsup, oregano, and sugar. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon off excess fat. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese, stir until melted.

Excellent dip served with wide Fritos brand corn chips! We put the stroganoff mixture in a fondue pot to keep it warm for serving.
