GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Saute onion in butter. Stir in ground beef and garlic; simmer for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Let come to boil. Add soup; simmer for 10 minutes. Add sour cream. Serve over hot rice or hot egg noodles.
