BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. sirloin/top round steak
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. garlic, minced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef consomme soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Slice beef across grain into very thin 1/2 inch long strips. In a large skillet, heat oil; saute beef until tender. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Stir and cook 5 minutes. Stir in soups, water, salt and pepper. Simmer on low 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over hot buttered noodles. Serves 6.

Very good. I added some arugula from my garden to add another veggie. Good consistency.
