BEEF STROGANOFF 
Round steak, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. sliced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. water

In skillet, brown meat and onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup, sour cream, and water. Cover. Simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice or noodles. If desired, you may add a small can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms.
