EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Cook the onion in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until transparent. Add the beef and cook, stirring until beef is light brown. Add the flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and simmer 15 more minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.

Serves 6.
