GRAHAM CRACKER BARS 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Bring butter, sugar, milk and egg to a boil. Cook 1 minute. Then add remaining ingredients. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Line pan with whole graham crackers. Pour filling over graham crackers and spread evenly. Top with another layer of whole graham crackers. Spread on icing.

Icing:

3/4 stick butter, melted
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk (sometimes a bit more)

Spread over crackers and allow them to soften in refrigerator for several hours.
