GRAHAM CRACKER BAR SNACKS 
30 whole graham crackers
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 well beaten egg
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs (from 15 crackers)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Line bottom of 9"x13" baking pan with half of the whole graham crackers. Combine butter, sugar, milk and egg; cook, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat; add coconut, cracker crumbs and nuts. Immediately spread mixture over the layer of graham crackers and top with another layer of graham crackers. Frost if desired.
