GRAHAM CRACKER - DREAM BARS 
Lightly grease square pan (8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch) with butter. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Add:

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten

Place 1 layer whole graham crackers in bottom of pan. Cook and stir constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Add:

1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1/4-1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Pour over crackers. Add another layer graham crackers. Frost with powdered sugar frosting (try butterscotch). Refrigerate until cool and set. Cut into bars. Yummy!
