GRAHAM CRACKER BARS 
FILLING:

1 c. coconut
1 c. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar

GLAZE:

3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Line 9"x13" pan with whole graham crackers. Combine filling ingredients. Boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool a few minutes.

Spread filling on crackers. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Combine glaze ingredients. Spread on top, layer of crackers. Cut in rectangles, following perforations in crackers.
