ROTINI PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. rotini pasta, (multi-colored, cooked and drained)
1 1/2 c. cubed Mozzarella
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green onion
1 c. sliced black olives
1 c. shredded carrots
2 jars chunked marinated artichokes
2 lg. seeded chunked cucumbers
3 c. chopped pepperoni
1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets (sm.)
1/2 c. broccoli flowerets (sm.)

Mix all ingredients.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. Wesson Canola oil or just Wesson oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt (more to taste)
1 tsp. pepper (more to taste)
1 tbsp. garlic powder (1/4 tsp. garlic powder or taste garlic powder - very important ingredient)

Mix and chill, then serve.
