CHEESE - O - RITOS 
1 lb. can refried beans
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. Monterey Jack
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Shredded lettuce
3 cans green chili salsa
6 flour tortillas (10")
3/4 lb. Colby cheese
2 lb. fresh tomatoes
Green onion tops
Dairy sour cream

Mix beans, cumin, garlic and Jack together. Crumble beef into heated skillet. Drain. Add 2 cans green salsa. Bring to a boil. Simmer until most of liquid is evaporated. Spread beans on tortillas, meat over beans. Roll tortillas.

Place in greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Pour 3rd can of salsa over top. Sprinkle colby, tomatoes and onions on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with lettuce and sour cream on top.
