SOUTHWEST CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed tortilla chips
5 tbsp. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can refried beans
1 1/2 c. sour cream

CRUST: Heat oven to 325 degrees. Stir crushed chips into melted butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan and bake 15 minutes.

FILLING: Beat with mixer the cream cheese, eggs, and taco mix. Add Cheddar cheese and chilies. Brown beef and mix with refried beans. Spread cream cheese mixture over baked crust. Spread beef mixture over cream cheese mixture. Place pan back in oven for 30 minutes.

TOPPING: Spread sour cream over baked cheesecake and refrigerate 3 hours. Garnish with chopped green onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, jalapeno or salsa.
