4 pkg. frozen cut green beans
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
1 onion, grated
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. cornflakes

Cook and drain beans. Make a white sauce with butter, flour and sour cream. Add salt, pepper, sugar and onion. After sauce has thickened combine with green beans. Place mixture in casserole. Grate cheese and mix together. Sprinkle cheese on top. Then sprinkle cornflakes on top of cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8-12.
