GREEN BEANS WITH CHEESE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
1 c. sour cream
4 c. drained French cut green beans
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese

Melt butter. Add flour, pepper, salt, sugar and onion. Gradually stir in sour cream. Cook until thickens on low heat. Fold in green beans. Pour into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
