GREEN BEANS WITH PARMESAN CHEESE | |
1 can green beans, drained 3/4 c. 1/2 inch bread cubes 1 tbsp. salad oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. minced onion 1/4 tsp. salt 2-3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Fry bread cubes lightly in 2 tablespoons salad oil. Mix 1 tablespoon salad oil, vinegar, minced onion, and salt. Turn green beans into skillet with bread cubes. Pour oil-vinegar mixture over beans, stir until hot. Sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. |
