TORTILLA ROLL UPS | |
1 med. size pkg. flour tortillas 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. chopped up fresh onions along with some of the tops 1/3 c. sour cream or salad dressing Garlic salt to taste Colored toothpicks Jar of picante sauce Allow cream cheese to get to room temperature or soften in microwave. Mix the cheese, onions and tops, sour cream and garlic salt together. Smear some of the mixture all over a tortilla. Roll up jelly roll fashion and place on tray with the ends on the bottom to keep it closed. Fix the rest until you use up all the mixture. Place in the refrigerator covered until the next day or day of party. Leave in there at least 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator when ready. Slice in about 1/3 inch slices and secure with a toothpick. Place on serving tray along with a bowl of picante sauce near by for dipping them into and eating. |
