TORTILLA ROLL UPS 
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas
Chili powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. or less Picante sauce or sub.
Jalapeno peppers chopped finely & green onions, chopped finely

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Also tortillas. Then blend cheese, garlic, chili powder and Picante until smooth. Spread tortillas with fairly thin layer of cheese then roll up and chill tightly covered. The longer the better. Overnight if possible. Then cut into bite-size pieces and serve or store. Can store for several days.
