1 cup corn meal
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine all ingredients. Pour into well greased corn cake pan or muffin tin.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
