This recipe came from West Virginia many years ago.. Delicious! 3 cups yellow corn meal 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 3 cups boiling water 2 eggs 1 cup buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder Mix corn meal, flour, sugar and boiling water in large bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Stir well. Pour into lightly sprayed Bundt pan. Bake at 400°F for about an hour. Best served with real butter and honey.
