CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can kernel corn, drained 1 stick melted butter 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 c. sour cream 2 eggs grated cheese (if desired) Mix all ingredients together in a 2-quart casserole and bake for 1/2 hour at 350°F. If you are adding the cheese, do it now. Continue to bake for another 10 minutes or so until the casserole is golden brown and firm. Cut in squares to serve. |
