CORN CUSTARD (CASSEROLE) 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 stick butter
1 sm. sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
2 eggs
Mild Cheddar cheese (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into medium size casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
