CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream corn 1 can regular corn 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix 8 oz. sour cream 4 tbsp. melted butter 2 eggs, beaten Mix all ingredients. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yields: 6 servings. |
