CHRISTMAS EGGS 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 lb. ham
6 slices of white bread, cubed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. packed grated Cheddar cheese

Beat eggs, add milk, mustard and salt. Add bread and stir. Add ham and cheese. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until nice and brown. 9 x 13 pan.
