SUPER SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 c. thinly sliced potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar, shredded
1 1/2 c. fresh bread cubes
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Arrange potatoes in a greased pan, 13x9x2 inch. Make white sauce with butter, flour, milk and seasonings. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil, top potatoes with bread cubes combined with melted butter and grated Parmesan. Continue baking for 30 minutes. 6-8 servings.
