SUPER SIMPLE POTATO DISH 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cornflakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Pour thawed hash browns into a 9 x 13 pan. Make a sauce of butter, onion, salt, pepper, sour cream, soup, milk and shredded cheese. Pour over hash browns. Sprinkle with cornflakes crumbs and drizzle with the 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
