1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix and pat into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs

Beat ingredients 3 minutes. Pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
