1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. butter
4 eggs

GLAZE:

3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients and mix for 4 minutes. Butter and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Pour in the mix. Bake for 40 minutes and make holes in the cake with a fork while cake is still warm.

GLAZE: Mix the ingredients well and pour over sheet cake. Cut in squares.
