SOUR CREAM BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs; beat until fluffy. Add vanilla. Add sour cream alternately with dry ingredients.

Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture (recipe follows), add rest of batter and sprinkle with remainder of cinnamon mixture. Run knife blade through batter to marbelize.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf.

CINNAMON MIXTURE:

3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

This is a moist and delicious sweet bread!
