SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD 
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. white flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. bananas

Mix together soda with sour cream; set aside. Cream together butter, dark brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix together white flour, whole wheat flour, salt; mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Add sour cream mixture and bananas. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees approximately 50 to 60 minutes. This recipe doubles well and freezes well. Makes 1 loaf.
