ECLAIR CAKE 
1 box graham crackers
2 sm. pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/4 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can chocolate icing or blueberry pie filling

Butter bottom of 9"x13" pan; line with graham crackers (don't crush). Mix pudding and milk. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Put half of pudding mixture over graham crackers. Make second layer of graham crackers. Then spread rest of pudding mixture and top with graham crackers. Frost with chocolate icing melted in microwave or with blueberry pie filling. Chill 6 to 8 hours before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
