CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE | |
1 box graham crackers 2 sm. boxes French vanilla instant pudding 3 c. milk 1 med. container Cool Whip 1 can chocolate frosting Line 13"x9" cake pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding mix with the milk according to box directions. Add Cool Whip to pudding and mix up. Pour 1/2 of this mixture on top of crackers. Top with a layer of crackers then the rest of pudding mixture. Top with graham crackers. Frost with chocolate frosting. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. |
