CORN BREAD SALAD 
1 medium skillet corn bread, cooled and crumbled
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
cooked bacon

Crumble corn bread very fine. Add other ingredients, adding mayonnaise last. Dilute the mayo with small amount of water or milk to make thinner consistency. When all is thoroughly mixed, refrigerate to chill before serving. Garnish with cooked and crumbled bacon.
