SCALLOPED APPLES 
1 stick of butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 can pie apples, drained or apple pie filling (21 oz.)

Soften butter and cheese to room temperature or soften in micro- wave oven. Place apples in greased casserole dish. Mix butter, cheese, sugar and flour well, pour mixture over apples. Spread evenly.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until light brown. This is a good accompaniment for meat. For a sweeter dish, almost like dessert, use the pie filling.
