DENVER POTATO PIE 
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced ham
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tomato, thinly sliced, if desired

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease 9 inch pie pan. In medium bowl combine eggs, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper; beat well. Stir in potatoes, cheese, ham and green pepper. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until set. Garnish with tomato slices. 6 servings.
