LAZY MAN'S STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground turkey hamburg
4 lg. chopped peppers
1 lg. chopped onion
2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper

Fry peppers and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry turkey hamburg in a separate pan and drain. Mix turkey with rice. Layer: 1 cup sauce, 4ounces cheese, turkey mixture, onions and peppers. 1 cup sauce and 4 ounces cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
