LAZY MANS STUFFED CABBAGE 
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 head cabbage, leaves separated
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. minute rice
1/2 c. butter
grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350°FF.

Place cabbage in boiling water and cook until slightly soft. Drain.

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic until beef loses its pink color. Add tomato soup, tomato sauce and water to meat. Add minute rice and cook for a few minutes. In a large baking pan place cabbage leaves, then cover with meat mixture. Continue alternately until all is used. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
