SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
2 (12 oz.) cans shoe peg whole kernel corn, drained
1 (3 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 (4 oz.) can ripe black olives, chopped

Combine all ingredients. Put into a baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
