BEST MEATLOAF 
1 egg
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
2 lb. ground beef

Beat egg, mix all together. Put in pans, bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
